Common Questions

Do you require long-term contracts?
12 months initial term, then month-to-month. You can exit with 30 days notice after the initial term.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
We'll figure that out together in a no-cost initial consultation. We'll assess your environment and recommend appropriate services - no obligation.
Do you work outside Adelaide?
Remote support is available Australia-wide. On-site support is primarily Adelaide metro, but we can arrange regional visits for larger projects.
What about after-hours support?
Available at 1.5× the standard rate ($127.50/hr in FY26). For businesses with regular after-hours needs, we can discuss a retainer arrangement.
Can unused on-site hours roll over?
No, but if you consistently don't use them we're happy to discuss alternatives that better suit your needs.
What if Microsoft raises prices?
Licensing costs are passed through as they occur. We proactively help optimise your license mix to manage overall costs.
Can I buy Microsoft licenses from you without managed services?
No. Our model requires management access to provide effective security and support - we can't guarantee the security of an environment we don't fully manage.
